Teaching

Teaching Interests

I am prepared to teach courses in management, including:

  • Organisational Behavior
  • Artificial Intelligence in Management
  • Decision-Making and Negotiations
  • Research Methods

Active-Learning Methods

I believe hands-on experience is essential for effective learning, so I use a variety of teaching methods to promote active engagement. For example, I:

  • Assign case studies that challenge students to analyze real-world scenarios.
  • Run negotiation exercises that build persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
  • Stage formal debates to sharpen analytical reasoning and public speaking.

After each activity, I guide a debrief where students can reflect on their choices, connect their experiences to theory and research, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
