Jingze Wang

I am a PhD Candidate in the Organizations and Innovation group at the UCL School of Management, and I expect to defend my dissertation in 2026. I study social interactions and relationships at work. One stream of my research explores how people manage others’ perceptions of their network and its consequences. The second stream examines how generative AI may influence people’s perceptions of their jobs and consequently impact interactions with their colleagues.
